You may get an infection even if you are hygienically clean and you may not get it even if you are dirty. So it may not be categorized as a risk. How do you or don’t you take care of your cleanliness or hygiene has no concern with your catching bladder infection. Bladder infection is not a direct result of your hygiene. Furthermore, there is a hot tub that has no relevance to a bladder infection. Thus, in such a simple way you can get your bladder infection to reduce its frequency considerably by increasing your water intake. 

2. Don’t use contraceptives: 

Contraceptive products like lubricants or oils containing contraceptives, spermicidal foam, cream or gel, etc., are all related to a higher danger of catching an infection of the urinary tract. So please ensure to avoid these types of contraceptives during intercourse. 

3. Complete voiding:
